Yes and no.
The subpoena didn't make people panic sell IMO. It gave brokers an
excuse to play the stock, bring some attention to it. Sell and buy
back because they work on commission. Get it in the papers that Goggle
has been going straight up so more people will jump in. The stock has
recovered with no change in the subpoena status. That tells me people
were played. Of course that's my opinion, if you want the facts ask
GG.
