Woot! Congrats. That's great - you're going to make it to that marathon
distance yet!

I had a little set back with a nasty cold last week. But, this week:
Monday: 1000 yd swim
Tuesday: short run (Husband was sick, so couldn't sneek away for long - just
long enough to take care of the dog)
Wednesday: bike 5 miles/run 1 mile

Now I have a bruise on the bottom of my right heel. Ouchies. So, I guess
I'll probably be swimming or biking for the next couple of days.
