As a whole, I really think that most people don't care about the subject. If you have kids in school you might, but most people's day to day life isn't going to change in any way no matter which they believe to be true. Most people don't sit around pondering academic theories and worrying about the accuracy of historical records, evolutionary theory, or religion. And why would they? They just wanna drink beers and watch the Simpsons on TV. Is there anything wrong with that? Nope. They are enjoying their life and having a good time. They don't need to have a full understanding of the origin of man in order to do that. Really, the people who get the most upset about it are the one's who want to control what other people think and believe, and most people just don't care about that. Understandably, the people who care about what other people think are the people who create and distribute that knowledge, whether out of science or out of thin air. -Cameron ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~| Message: http://www.houseoffusion.com/lists.cfm/link=i:5:194529 Archives: http://www.houseoffusion.com/cf_lists/threads.cfm/5 Subscription: http://www.houseoffusion.com/lists.cfm/link=s:5 Unsubscribe: http://www.houseoffusion.com/cf_lists/unsubscribe.cfm?user=89.70.5 Donations & Support: http://www.houseoffusion.com/tiny.cfm/54
