You know, it's interesting....if I was an employer reading a list like this, I wouldn't be all that interested in a persons opinions. I mean, what does Person X's opinion on global warming have to do with his/her ability to maintain my websites?
But what I WOULD be very interested in, is how well that person interacted with the other people on the list. Was he/she courteous and respectful in most cases? Were they able to have a meaningful discussion in an adult manner? Could they express themselves adequately? Were they able to listen to, and respect, the opinions of other people? It might not be a fair evaluation. I mean, we all do and say things on a forum such as this that we might never do or say IRL.
