And why is it always the same breeds that do this? It's not. Many breeds are like this. People are much more likely to be bitten by small breads then large breeds. The reason one hears more about the Rots and such is that the average chi-wa-wa or terrier bite seldom sends anybody to the hospital or the morgue.
