The easiest way to defeat any missile defense system is simply to flood the thing with decoys. Its not all that hard - just have a lot of mylar balloons with the same approximate radar signature. Then it becomes a major crap shoot, with the chances of hitting the real warhead at 1000 to 1 or worse. Its a sure fire be that the Russians and Chinese have such ready to go. I wouldn't be too surprised if the US, British and French also have similar systems.
