We're using one of those fancy scales that calculates it based on
height, age, and a very slight electronic pulse that runs through your
body.  The impedance of Fat and non-fat is different so in theory it
tells you your body fat % right there on the scale.  It's probably got
a certain percentage of error, but we are willing to accept that in
our contest.
