Even if the rate is reasonable, which it probably is, this guy (the
lobbyist) is probably smart enough to know not to bribe with free
housing, as that stuff is very traceable. 

Of course property rental is an interesting thing, many people own a
house or an apartment building for additional income. I plan on keeping
the home I live in now to rent as opposed to selling it, I will make
more money that way.

This guy could own a four-plex or something like that that he used to
live in, but kept as an investment.

The article doesn't even try to point out anything wrong, it is even
possible that Boehner didn't know the lobbyist owned the place, as often
times owners are sheltered by management companies.

Of course this is speculation on my part, but I still don't see how this
was a story.
