If possible, I would change the rentals image to show the end of the rental storage unit, where the doors are. The current pic sort of looks like another dumpster to the right.
The development pic is not telling me the whole story, either. What would be cool would be an aerial view of a new housing complex with in-process building and landscaping in the same pic. To me, development is not just construction, nor just landscaping, but more than what the current picture implies. The dozer, in the Demolition pic, is not demolishing anything. It is only pushing dirt and duplicates the feel of the dump truck in the excavation pic. You need to show a building, of some sorts, that is being razed. A wrecking ball would be a good tie to demolition. But, I like the whole layout of the home page. Secondary page: The first thing I noticed was the phone numbers listed with pre- and post-bullets. Those confused my eyes and I tried to find a "list" that was delimited by the bullets and it slowed me down. On the demolition page: "4-story" should be "four-story". On the secondary page, you have a gold background bar with top and bottom borders. It would be cool if you could use a border that looked more like a dump truck tire. Something to tie it in with the feel of the company. Maybe you could make a subtle change for each section to make the border look like the current page's topic. I also didn't know they named a street after Ray Camden.
