Anyone from Texas know what the law is concerning this? I saw a brief news blurb saying Cheney and the guy he shot were being issued warnings over some $7.00 fee that didn't get paid.
The shooting was deemed a "hunting accident" (duh!!) What does this mean. I know in Virginia, you might go to jail over a hunting accident, if you're found to be negligent. What about Texas? Scott A.
