Do you see a difference between water over flowing into the city versus the walls keeping out the water collapsing? I thought the spin was Bush was warned about the breaches when in fact he wasn't. Either way we all knew the risks because we all watched the news. Just like the year before when people on this list were saying NO could be wiped out just before MAX that year. It seems to be an annual concern and there didn't seem to be any reason to think this warning was more real than the others.
