Thanks Ray! And you are absolutely no lump of poop! :D The running/exercise habit is ingraining itself pretty good. This is my 7th constant month of 4-6 days a week of an hour of exercise or more. When I do take a day off, it's really hard to sit still and do nothing all day. I get pretty restless. So I either play basketball or clean house, or if it's nice, go for a walk. It was definitely hard in the beginning, but I made it a part of my to-do list every day, come hell or high water or deadline and it's working. :)
My goal is in my head and I know where I want to be. It's not twiggy by any means, just nice and normal and healthy.
