Yep, we disagree. I don't agree with the "Don't ask Don't tell" policy, but I am not personally affected in any way.
But Congress DOES have the ability to create laws. And even universities have to follow them. The high court has ruled that the law is constitutional, so it stands. If you don't like the law, get it repealed. If it is really such a violation of all things rational, that should be fairly easy. I personally like the law. I want the military to get a crack at college grads (and as importantly, to those who aren't going to make it all the way through and are looking for another option). I would prefer them to get FIRST crack at the students, after which corporate interests would get a chance. On 3/8/06, Larry C.
