Petfinder.com has a lost/found section, plus if I had lost a dog, I'd be 
checking the want ads in the local newspaper(s).  Most papers will let 
you list a found pet for free.

He's a really chill-looking dog.  Hopefully you'll get to keep him, but 
I'm with Robyn on this one.  You should at least make some kind of 
attempt to find his real owner.
