In a world in which North Korea has the only company capable of doing it, then what we know about North Korea today would be completely different.
Hell they might actually have electricity in that world. But really what I was saying was a joke. Of course there shouldn't be any outside contractor dealing with our nuclear weapons, in fact, I don't think that applies only to foreign companies or governments.
