I'm about halfway through, now, with the reading. Long but productive night.

The basic format is not a problem, it is handling all the error
checking. They aren't all clean or regular!

Since this stuff doesn't change much, though, I am going to change my
original thought (and save crystalTech some server resources) and move
this stuff into a database asap. Will refresh as needed.
