Did we have a treaty with Iraq that said we would never invade them?

As a matter of fact Iraq broke the terms of the original cease fire, and
therefore it was game on.  Sadaam knew that.

I also don't agree that anything aside from treaties that have been signed
by our president, and ratified by our congress, have any force of "law"
against us as a nation.
