Further a friend got the Treo 700w and amongst our group we've had a comparison and the verdict is the XV6700: Bigger screen, higher resolution, built-in WiFi, QWERTY keyboard, better UI (can't hit buttons). That being said, the Treo wins when it comes to one handed use, but if you don't do a lot of that then it's the 6700.
