Well I think breaking the treaty on continued Nuclear Development, and
your President stating he is re-opening research into Nuclear Weapons
and actively developing them is enough to warrant Pre-Emptive action
from the world considering the United States is the only country in
the world to have used Nuclear Weapons in war.And that's a fact.

If it is a 'past plan' why continue developing the weapons and producing them?

And Nuclear or not, the unilateral invasion of Iran is also what
Bolton mentioned, and that is simply insane. That too is a fact.
