Killed three thousand Americans.

Routinely beat and even killed their citizens for suck infractions as: not
having a beard, listening to the radio, dancing, smiling in public, and
dancing.

The deforested the county. Why, no one really knows, although there is
speculation that it was so the people couldn't have light to do things at
night.

Evil incarnate.

Say what you like about Iraq, there is plenty of reasonable disagreement
about the war. But when you go off about Afghanistan, you sail right off
into la-la land. This is the country that was home to the Taliban, remember
them? The guys that blew up 2000 year old monolithic wall carvings of the
Buddha? The guys that didn't let women go to school and forced them all to
wear burkas? The guys that installed a 12th century-style Muslim caliphate
in their country? The guys that harbored Al Qaeda? Even the French were on
board for that invasion.
