As far as I'm aware there's no way to actually download pirated games directly to the XBox - you have to download the game, burn it to a disc and then install it as you would any other game. Most of the mod chips that I've seen let you play "back up games" (games off of burned discs) but you still need the disc in the system to play. Granted I don't know as much as others (I don't have an XBox) but that was my impression.
