Even if our immigration policy is totally open, people in India for instance are starting to stay home and live a good life there rather than come here. There is no stopping that process. My in-laws have a penthouse flat in Cochin, they are there right now. So we're already seeing US companies invest in Indian and Chinese > consumers over Americans. The other place we would move is the Med- Tuscany or Spain somewhere, but there's no good surf in the Med, so I'd have to jet up to San Sebastian or Biarritz to get waves.
