I have no idea who he is but the writer is totally right. The last thing the world needs is more unwanted children. If you don't think abortion is a good thing, fine, I don't really either, but then contraception needs to be available. I don't think anyone here is going to argue that point. So this gets down to the nitty gritty of why anyone would conceive of such a policy -- they don't like the idea of all those women having sex and enjoying it for crying out loud.
