Here in Texas, the TABC is going into bars looking for intoxicated people
and arresting them and the servers who serve them.  Gotta love living in
Texas were a man is free to do what he wants, unless of course it doesn't
sit right with the religious conservatives that is...

At one location, for example, agents and police arrested patrons of a hotel
bar. Some of the suspects said they were registered at the hotel and had no
intention of driving. Arresting authorities said the patrons were a danger
to themselves and others.

That's interesting. The police here put drunks in the drunk tank- basically
a safe place to stick them until they sober up. You sober up and they let
you go home, basically that's it. I know a couple of people who have spent a
night in the drunk tank.
