So what?  None of this will do anything to stop illegal immigration. 
They are living a death sentence in Mexico so anything better, any
chance, is worth any risk.

If you need more proof look to the "war on drugs".  I can't claim to
be an expert, but I don't see any difference in drug availability
since 2 decades ago.  Hell, tBone found some blow on the street for
gosh sakes.
