I disagree. British accents sound rude, northern accents are annoying.

Indian accents I can deal with, unless the talking gets to fast, at
which point my head assplodes.

A good southern accent sounds respectable. They make for great story
tellers.

Of course, this coming from the guy that scored 96% Dixie, so, you know.
