Haven't seen the film, though I will be putting on my queue next time
I'm feeling a bit anti-corporate...

I assume the events listed above are sequential in the movie, e.g.,
nothing appears between them, so I can't help but thinking: How are
they related?

I'm not trying to start an argument and perhaps it makes sense in
context, but as I don't have that, can you explain how a discussion
about security cameras being "used to make sure the employees aren't
unionizing" is related to "the CEO talking about how much they care
about the customer"?
