More about the mouthguards, please. What kind do you get and where do you get them? Off the shelf or fitted and prescribed by a dentist? Have you noticed any side effects with your teeth or your bite or your jaw? I wouldn't want to grow a wicked under bite or TMJ while trying to solve a sleep problem . . . :) Thanks!
