I have the same issue - I can fly to Asia and have no problems, but 2
hours will screw me up. I've determined that my Circadian rhythm is
about 32-36 hours, rather than 24, which means that I want to sleep
for 12 hours and be awake for 24.

This messes me up going to Europe because I usually leave around 4pm
local and arrive 8am local - which is really like 2 in the morning my
time. I'm fine there for most of the day until about 4pm and then I
start feeling it. If I can manage to wait until 9pm or so to sleep,
then I'm fine. If I'm weak and sleep before that then I'm REALLY
messed up in both time zones.
