The contempt of court was the refusal to disclose a confidential source, which 
is an integral part of journalistic ethics. I know the trrm brings a laugh 
these days, but Bush managed to find some people that had them. Interesting 
that Woodward declined to publish. One of these times' I'd like to see the 
logic on that.
