That backs up what I said. The Democrats controlled the poorer counties and they are the ones that supplied the machines, the guidelines and the assistance, which failed. The butterfly votes were designed and implemented by the democrats. Now each county is responsible for their voters. All but a couple of Democrat controlled counties were fine. When all these problems surfaced in these poor counties help was sent and a task force was set up.
