That backs up what I said. The Democrats controlled the poorer
counties and they are the ones that supplied the machines, the
guidelines and the assistance, which failed. The butterfly votes were
designed and implemented by the democrats. Now each county is
responsible for their voters. All but a couple of Democrat controlled
counties were fine. When all these problems surfaced in these poor
counties help was sent and a task force was set up. Sounds about
right.

Ann McFall is/was Volusia County Supervisor of Elections, where the
Diebold discrepancy happened. I don't know if she ordered them or they
were already there. But you make it sound like Jeb Bush installed them
and then used them to cheat. You do know those votes were counted?
