Yup, that's my point.  Although JJ has it right that I have (and do)
advocate an elimination of the minimum wage, but only under specific
circumstances.

I DO NOT advocate just eliminating it and changing nothing else.

So, if we're taking immigrant worker policy in isolation, then the
minimum wage stands unless no American workers will take the job. 
When that happens the employer can go to the bench.
