I'm thinking that you're allergic to nuts EXCEPT peanuts - is that
right? If you're allergic to peanuts, then these suggestions are going
to suck.

I love kashi bars - better than granola bars because they're less
sweet. But, I'm not sure if they have any nut-free varieties.

I also love bagels with peanut butter, though that's a little messier.
But, you could bring a little cup of PB and dip your bagel at your
desk - less messy that way.

Raisins and unsalted peanuts - a handful or two can really make me happy.

There's always string cheese, too - very grab-able.

I've been bringing make-your-own egg mcmuffins to work for lunch
lately - whole wheat english muffin and an egg that I cook up in the
micro at lunch time. It does sort of require two hands, but I find I
can still read stuff while eating it.

You can also make your own health-bars with all the stuff that you
like - it's pretty easy.
