Does anyone if there is an easy way to force the MySQL database to put the table names as upper or lower case depending on the requirement? In a Shared Hosting environment, the server is set to lowercase but I need them to be UPPER case since all of the query files use UPPER case. If not, then it results in opening every query template and manually changing them.. Thanks!
