I'm doing all right - been working out according to schedule. But, I found out last week that I have a "weak rotator cuff" and I'm starting physical therapy on Thursday. I'm not supposed to swim until then. Argh. I'm not sure if that means I'll have to wait and not do the June 4th tri. There's a couple of others that are a little later that I could do instead. I'll see what the PT says Thursday.
Since April 1, I've actually been keeping track of all my training time. You can see it here: http://www.beginnertriathlete.com/discussion/training/index-weekly.asp?memberid=14593 Neat site for triathletes. In the "important mile stones" department - I did my first sub-30 minute 5k since I've started training again and a nearly 1 mile swim recently. Now, I need to kick some butt on the bike.
