Then that defines our differences.  I don't see terrorism as a war
just as I don't see that there's a "war on drugs".  That's just a
convenient excuse to suppress liberties and expand government power.

Terrorism is a crime problem.  Did we declare war on Tim McVeigh?  And
if terrorism IS a war why hasn't congress declared War?  And if they
wanted to, who would they declare it on?

i.e., it's crime, not war.  International crime, but not war.
