It's not a personal attack. Unless my saying his system of choosing a
candidate is not acceptable is considered an attack.

It isn't an attack it's a fact. And just because it happens doesn't
make it right. Having a test that show's you actually know whom your
voting for and not just doing it because someone gave you cigs or you
like their hair is wishful thinking on my part. No way it could be
enacted, but if there were a way…
