you ranted about ppl not planning properly and getting themselves in all kinds of financial troubles yesterday. I just got this email from my local FreeCycle group, I immediately thought "Gruss'd be livid with this woman!":
"I have enrolled my kids in music lessons during the summer, and have found that we can't afford the cost of renting 5 musical instruments, on top of lessons. If any kind soul has any of the following musical instruments around, gathering dust, and unused, we would be glad to breathe new life into them. In advance, I thank you for your generosity, and for looking." Why would you enroll your kids in music lessons when the whole time knowing you don't have/can't afford instruments? Now you've probably got kids that are all excited to go, but are probably headed for some huge disappointment.
