Agreed.  But MSG is only part of the fatness and large portions we all
consume daily.

Not sure we should be legislating what people can and can't eat.  and
I thikn we've covered this before, but I am all for protecting
business from frivolus lawsuits.  Lawsuits like "I ate 5 donuts a day
and I'd like to sue Krispy Kreme because I am Obese" have no place in
the courts.  It would be one thing if people were being told donuts
aren't bad for you (like cig companies saying cigs aren't bad), but I
don't think anyone's disputing the connection between eating poorly
and gaining weight.
