yep. I was having that sort of trouble last year for a long time; finally
saw that thread, and plugged 3 of those DNS servers into my router, and have
been fine with that since then. (I just left those in there, leaving out the
comcast dns)

Separate issue was having the service go out 4 times a week for 2 years,
until we finally got them to send out someone to check the line outside, to
find out that a squirrel had chewed through it. They replaced it, and along
with the outside DNS servers the connection's been fine ever since.
