seems to me that the Canadians are no worse off for their stance. 1. They caught the terrorists before the event. (Better than our 9/11 experience, same as our results since 9/11, we've had many arrests)
2. It hasn't cost them $500 billion to initiate a regime change in Iraq that has resulted in thousands of lives and an endless quigmire that a future President will have to deal with all while losing our credibility on the International level.
