Government executions and kidnappings don't happen, they had organized
elections at least twice while I was there.  Woman are walking without
burquas in the major cities, girls are in school, you can listen to the
radio without getting beaten.

Yeah, I'd say that's a success.  Is it over yet?  No, it's not, but It's way
better than it was.
