Jeb won't run. Neither will Condi Rice or Colin Powell. Hilary can't win it. Newt has more clout than these numbers reflect. McCain is destroying his chances with the moderates by hanging with the Religious Right. George Allen is strong with the base, especially on Gun Control and Immigration, but he has no national profile.
