Yes, you have enough network to run plenty of bandwidth for 3 users
Set up the Media encoder for a live output of the incoming signal from the 
video card.  UStart streaming and have your buddies connect to the http 
signal coming from the encoder using windows Media Player.  The encoder will 
show you how many simulataneous connections you're running.

the bandwidth is calculated like this:

nework rate* .65 = max bandwidth, considering overhead.
1Gb/secd * .65 =  650Mb/sec for bandwith

Number of users * bitrate = bandwidth usage
3 * 1200 Kb/sec (nice video) = 3.6 Mb/sec for 3 users.  You could make it 
even bigger, but you shoud consider the amount of processing your machine is 
going have to do to encode on the fly.
