Debating the electoral college and the current system of electing a president it one thing. Making wild and misleading generalisations like "the president wasn't elected" is generally used as a Red Herring designed to make the debate about Bush and and Left vs Right rather than the electoral college. It's very a very "yelling sensationalist radio host" thing to say.
Bush was elected by the system we currently have in place. If the system is broken, great - let's talk about fixing it. -Cameron On 6/12/06, Maureen <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote: > If the integrity of elections isn't up for debate, then when what you > consider an important enough topic to discuss? ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~| Message: http://www.houseoffusion.com/lists.cfm/link=i:5:208930 Archives: http://www.houseoffusion.com/cf_lists/threads.cfm/5 Subscription: http://www.houseoffusion.com/lists.cfm/link=s:5 Unsubscribe: http://www.houseoffusion.com/cf_lists/unsubscribe.cfm?user=89.70.5 Donations & Support: http://www.houseoffusion.com/tiny.cfm/54
