Debating the electoral college and the current system of electing a
president it one thing.  Making wild and misleading generalisations
like "the president wasn't elected" is generally used as a Red Herring
designed to make the debate about Bush and and Left vs Right rather
than the electoral college.  It's very a very "yelling sensationalist
radio host" thing to say.

Bush was elected by the system we currently have in place.  If the
system is broken, great - let's talk about fixing it.
