My opinion, based on extensive reading of a variety of sources, is that both the 2000 and 2004 elections were rife with election fraud. Election fraud is a crime at best and coup at worst. This not an opinion that I came to lightly, and certainly not based simply on leftist propaganda and spin. Nontheless, I stand by it. I'm not trying to convert anyone, but I will never accept those elections as legitimate, and I will not sit silently while any mandate for action is claimed by Bush and supporters based him being the legitimate president.
As for democrats using it to impeach, they are as clueless and incompetent as the Repugs, and couldn't organize a pissing match in a brewery, so don't look for them to capitalize on Shrub's errors, or even comprehend the problems. It's not that easy to bring down a sitting president, legit or otherwise. The Repugs tried for years to get rid of Clinton and couldn't do even after he handed them a reason on a silver platter (or a blue dress). Even Nixon wouldn't have been impeached if he hadn't angered members of his own party, and had his minions turn on him in reprisal. Crooks and liars. They are all crooks and liars. Look up politician in the dictionary. It will say crook and liar. Or it should.
