When the official game clock exists only on my wrist, who's to say
whether it kills time or not?  If a team is down by one and is doing
it to try to move upfield faster than they would otherwise, then I
suppose it might.  However, if someone is *trying* to burn seconds,
then the ref might take note of that and add some "injury time" to the
clock....

It's good to be root ... I mean ref ... I mean God.  :-)
