I am still chugging along, but had to go down to twice a week over the
last month because of a big project we're working through. This last
week I'm back up to 5 days, going 2 miles and doing my weights and
toning exercises. Still losing and still feeling great. I'll go back up
to 4 miles after this project is over with. I am putting aside the
marathon goal this year as well. With all the crap going on in my life
right now, it simply isn't going to be feasible unfortunately. But it's
all good! :)
