REVISED - You know, Uncle Larry, Aunt Edna, that wiley neighbor Billy, and some random guys in DHS. They talked about canceling it. But as it turns out, they don't have the authority to make that decision so it really doesn't matter that *they* talked about it.
However, to incite some sort of misleading ranting and force people to take sides, people generally imply that the "they" in this case was Bush, which is wasn't.
