See, if that were the cases then we also have a bunch of obligations that we
aren't meeting, like allowing them mail and Red Cross visits.

They are not viewed as prisoners of war under the Geneva convention, as they
didn't wear uniforms, or carry ID cards.

Honestly we could, quite legally, kill them without trial, and not have
broken a single law or treaty of the US.
